Soylent PB&J Overnight Oats

No time to make breakfast in the morning? Problem solved. Mix these oats the night before for a protein-packed, nutritious and quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt and cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Soylent Drink Banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup berries of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar or container of choice.
  2. Shake until mixed and refrigerate overnight.

*Even better, prepare 3-4 jars at the start of your week for an easy, grab-and-go breakfast.
